Fix Rangers
Can't something be done to make Rangers more acceptable to the game? It is SO unfair that Rangers can't go farming for green items because they CAN'T get on a Sorrows Furnace team. And no, it DOESN'T WORK to go farming with henches....
Fix Rangers so they contribute more to the teams success. Let them do more damge or help the team in some other measureable way.
Remeber when bows did 35 damage? Should have left then at 35 max damage...

If Ranger bows were 35 max dmg again, Rangers Spike teams would be even-more powerful.

i run with my guild and we takr rangers, sometimes we take more than 1, rangers are still powerfull, people are just prejudice against one type of toon or other....ever see a group of just rangers farm? , hell just 3 can do a run in uw, and my bows do anywhere from 25 to even up to 50+ dmg, their all 15^50 with 10/10 sundering + an extra mod etc.
Go try thunderhead with just rangers and 2 henchie monks, easist way i ever did that mission, everyone took 1 or 2 traps and just blockup the stairs, and a few people with poision arrow and some /mo to heal.
i remember when people didn't ever want a necro in thier group, the problem is people not knowing about certain types of chars, or people playing them don't know wth their doing.

Well I have no problem bringing rangers with my team. They are very handy if their skill bar is set well for the missions they are doing. No fixes needed.

Make your own fA/sf farm team, you cant do 5 man like all the other but you can do 6man. Something like this\
1.barrage ranger
2.interupter(strictly) or barrage ranger
3.trapper x2
2 monks 1heal & 1 prot
The idea is to pull them towards the trapps using the barrage rangers, works but very tricky to pull off!! Alot of team cordination required have successfully farmed sf/fa with my guildies. F/a very difficult but can be done, you will have to take your time with this but you can do it with rangers only and 2 monks. LOL have fun and rangers FTW!!!!

Yes, lets fix rangers, and not any other class thats not widely accepted in the PvE areas. No, leave mesmers where they are, they get groups all the time. But oh, make rangers deal 100+dmg pershot, that will make everything better.
All people want now are Tank, Nuker (optional), Spiteful/Minion Master, Heal + Bonder Monk.
All people wanted were Tank, Nuker, Heal Monk.
Before necros weren't even considered (except for batteries on the rare occasion), and now look, EVERYONE wants atleast one in their group. They seem as vital as a monk nowadays.

That's because necros are awesome (of course). They have so many normal skills that are just so freakin' elite. Spinal Shivers on a monk boss? Pffft - owned. I use Aura of the Lich/Aura of Restoration/Blood Renewal/Order of Pain/Dark Fury/Dark Pact/Dark Aura on my necro, keeping OoP on all the time for massive physical damage bonuses (with practically no life saccing). If any monsters are stupid enough to get in my face, Dark Pact and Dark Aura can deal about 90 dark damage every two seconds at a cost of 5 energy. Where else can you get that?

Being hated
So its common for rangers to get left behind in a team? I thought people only hated me cause I have a lvl 16 pet Wolf (named Demon Hunter) I am even regected by my fellow rangers I am a sad depressed person

stick it to the man by getting:
3 conjure+barrage rangers with interrupt
1 tank (gear tank if you insist)
1 heal monk
1 prot
you can even replace the tank with a ranger using stances with qz if you really must, but that's pushing it

The thing is, a Ranger can pretty much kill anything. Interrupts will kill any casters, Throw Dirt and Stances kill Warriors and Rangers. The problem is that people are stupid. The majority of Rangers, rather than playing something intelligent, get a pet with no Beast Mastery and then just use Power Shot, and other damage-dealing skills. This makes others think Rangers are useless, and those kind are.
In PvP, I use a Ranger, and one team I fought said I was the best they had seen. I never got parties going through the missions. It was the same build. And while I'm not claiming to be amazing, I've never been a drag on my team.

My Bow can do more than 35 damage as I have seen tell them you are trappper and some groups don't like have pets along.

people just dont see the benefits of rangers.
give it some time and you might see ppl calling out for rangers as much as you see ppl looking for MM/SS necros for SF farming.

Rangers need no fix at all, the fastest way to clear FoW/UW/GF/SF is with one team build, 6 barrage rangers, 1 trapper, 1 orders necro. (IWAY could clear faster in pve but you have to rez ur pets and get them killed again). All you have to do is have everyone go as r/mo and bring heal area and stay close together, just have a rotation planned out so 5 are spamming barrage after 1 person uses heal area when needed it wil be the next person turn, I'm sure the orders necro would love to not worry about healing himself.

Warriors are not nearly as powerful as rangers, yes you can clear very quickly with 7 W/R's but you can do a smite run in UW with 2 rangers that just set traps, pull the enemy, stand back and /dance until they drop.
